• Submit original documents or certified copies when required
• Ensure all documents provided are authentic and legally obtained
• Pay all applicable fees in accordance with our pricing schedule
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Service Fees and Payment

Our service fees are as published on our website or as quoted for specific services. You agree to:

• Pay all fees prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed
• Pay any additional fees resulting from changes to your service requirements
• Be responsible for any bank or payment processing fees

All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

4. Turnaround Times

Standard processing times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

• Force majeure events beyond our control

Express service options are available for urgent requests at additional cost.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law:

• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties or force majeure events
• We are not liable for the use or misuse of documents after delivery

7. Intellectual Property

All templates, forms, and proprietary materials provided by Ligidu Detuwi remain our intellectual property. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use these materials only for their intended purpose.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client documents and information, subject to:

• Legal requirements to disclose information
• Our Privacy Policy (available on our website)
• Necessary disclosures to perform requested services

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if:

• You breach these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent activity
• Required documents or information are not provided
• Payment is not received

Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already rendered.

These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
